                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 5506
                   MILLER DRIVE, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF
                   MILLER DRIVE SOUTHEAST OF SPRING CREEK ROAD,
                   FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 5506 Miller Drive, being
                on the southeast line of Miller Drive southeast of
                Spring Creek Road.  Lot 20, block K, Revised
                Bonameade Subdivision, as shown by plat of record
                in plat book 12, page 32, ROHC; being the property
                described in deed book 3644, page 73, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 157N-N-41.
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
